Anti-caking agent for foods and spices: natural cellulose powder
Anti-caking agents such as JELUCEL® cellulose are indispensable in the food industry. They are used as anti-sticking agents for confectionery, as anti-clumping agents in cheese processing and as free-flow agents in the manufacture and processing of powdered foodstuffs. JELUCEL® is an organic anti-caking agent that consists of pure powdered cellulose.

At this year's international trade fair Food Ingredients & Health Ingredients India, our distribution partner MALU GROUP presented our plant fibres for foods: cellulose, wheat fibres, oat fibres and bamboo fibres.

Bioplastic at FAKUMA 2015
Until 17 October, JELU-WERK will be presenting its WPC granulates at stand 01-2 in the Foyer Ost hall at FAKUMA, Friedrichshafen, Germany. Under the JELUPLAST® brand, we offer granulates made from food-safe plastics and natural fibres.

From 13 until 17 October 2015, JELU-WERK will present itself at the FAKUMA trade fair in Friedrichshafen, Germany. We will exhibit our new bioplastics and wood fibres for the manufacture of WPC at booth 01-2 in hall Foyer Ost.

JELU-WERK will be represented at ACHEMA 2015 in Frankfurt, Germany, from 15 to 19 June as an industrial partner of Aalen University. Aalen University of Applied Sciences will present the LICIL research project together with associated and industrial partners at ACHEMA 2015.

Bioplastic to be showcased
JELU will exhibit JELUPLAST®, a bioplastic of the new generation, at this year’s Fakuma. The newly developed biocomposite will be presented to the public in Hall B2, at stand 2307. The compound can be processed to produce stable boards that are particularly environmental-friendly.
