JELU-WERK will be represented at ACHEMA 2015 in Frankfurt, Germany, from 15 to 19 June as an industrial partner of Aalen University. Aalen University of Applied Sciences (Hochschule Aalen – Technik und Wirtschaft) will present the LICIL research project together with associated and industrial partners at ACHEMA 2015. In the framework of this project, which is headed by Professor Dr Willi Kantlehner from Aalen University, a new, energy-efficient process for obtaining lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose is being developed. The medium-sized company JELU has been processing natural fibres to produce functional additives for more than 100 years. In its capacity as industrial partner in the LICIL research project, JELU-WERK above all addresses the utilisation of cellulose and hemicellulose. At ACHEMA, the leading show for the process industry, JELU will be showcasing product and application samples.
