JELU-WERK will be exhibiting at this year’s Food Ingredients. The international trade fair for food additives will take place in Paris from 1-3 December. At booth 7D9, we will present the audience our purely vegetal plant fibres, which improve the manufacturing process and the product properties of foods. We will be showcasing product samples and presenting application options for different kinds of plant fibres: cellulose, wheat fibres, oat fibres and bamboo fibres.
At Food Ingredients Europe, numerous exhibitors showcase products relating to food ingredients and additives as well as laboratory technology, product safety and quality assurance. Food Ingredients Europe is the most important trade fair for food ingredients and additives. It takes place every two years in an alternating rhythm in Paris (2015) and Frankfurt (2013).
