The substance flow balance of the new German Fertiliser Application Ordinance forces agricultural enterprises to set the phosphorus content of the feed accurately. Consequently, there is little room for variation in the phosphorus content. Different crude fibre sources can add different amounts of additional phosphorus to the ration. Lignocellulose, which is low in phosphorus, is especially suitable for use as a crude fibre component for a phosphorus-reduced feeding strategy.

Wide interest in JELU products at Seoul Food 2017
JELU-WERK successfully demonstrated the quality of its plant fibres and celluloses at Seoul Food 2017. Our JELUCEL® product range attracted wide interest, especially among processors of meat and meat products and baking companies. From 16 until 20 May 2017, JELU-WERK showcased at the international exhibition for the food, beverages, hotel, restaurant, food service, bakery and supermarket industries together with its South Korean sales partner.
International food fair AAHAR 2017
Together with its Indian partner MALU GROUP, JELU-WERK presented its plant fibres JELUCEL PF, WF, OF and BF at AAHAR 2017, the biggest food fair in India.
Brisk demand at Fi South America
We experienced a lively interest in our plant fibres at Food Ingredients South America. In food technology, our natural plant fibres are being used as fat replacer, free-flow agent, anti-caking agent, structure enhancer, texturing agent and for many other applications.

Bioplastic at FAKUMA 2015
Until 17 October, JELU-WERK will be presenting its WPC granulates at stand 01-2 in the Foyer Ost hall at FAKUMA, Friedrichshafen, Germany. Under the JELUPLAST® brand, we offer granulates made from food-safe plastics and natural fibres.
