JELU-WERK successfully demonstrated the quality of its plant fibres and celluloses at Seoul Food 2017. Our JELUCEL® product range attracted wide interest, especially among processors of meat and meat products and baking companies. From 16 until 20 May 2017, JELU-WERK showcased at the international exhibition for the food, beverages, hotel, restaurant, food service, bakery and supermarket industries together with its South Korean sales partner. Numerous visitors came to our stand to inform themselves about the technical properties and the quality of our natural plant fibres and celluloses.
The JELUCEL® products are used as additives in the food industry to improve the product properties and the manufacturing process.
