Together with its Indian sales partner MALU GROUP, JELU-WERK presented its plant fibres JELUCEL PF, WF, OF and BF at AAHAR India 2017. The fully vegetal additives from cellulose, wheat fibres, oat fibres and bamboo fibres optimise the manufacturing process and product properties of foods. AAHAR is the biggest international trade fair for food processing. The event took place in New Delhi from 7 until 11 March 2017.
The show is a platform for food processing, packaging machinery and cold storage systems for hotels and restaurants as well as for equipment. It is a meeting point for manufacturers, vendors, importers and companies working in the food processing and hospitality field. This year, AAHAR was held for the 32nd time.
