JELU: Successful debut at Zoomark

JELU-WERK exhibited for the first time at the pet supplies trade fair Zoomark from 6 to 9 May 2019. Trade visitors to the fair were able to catch up on the latest trends in the pet supplies sector, and a large proportion of the products on show were from the pet food segment. The demand for a balanced diet oriented to the nutritional requirements of pets is growing. Even organic products are increasingly making inroads into the market.

The products exhibited by JELU-WERK were fully in line with this trend. On its show stand JELU presented its dietary fibres for pet food, organic cat litter and organic bedding products to an interested audience. All product ranges were well received. The natural dietary fibres JELUVET® and JELUCEL® are suitable for energy-reduced dog and cat food and contribute to weight reduction.

The ecological clumping cat litter in particular, which is made from wood, guarantees economical use and maximum efficiency for people, pets and nature. This concept generated considerable demand among the trade visitors. The bedding products also met with a favourable response not only on account of their untreated wood fibres but also due to their environmentally friendly manufacture and disposal. They also satisfy the requirement for a product that generates little dust.

Zoomark International is staged every two years in Bologna, North Italy. The next Zoomark fair will open its doors in May 2021.
