JELU presented its functional fibers at Food Ingredients Europe (FIE) 2023 in Frankfurt
After the end of the pandemic and the uncertainty of trade fairs, JELU-WERK was back as an exhibitor at Food Ingredients Europe (FIE) – the world’s largest trade fair for food ingredients and additives. From 28 to 30 November 2023, the company presented its functional fibers to a large international audience of food industry professionals in the Frankfurt exhibition halls.
The food industry showed a wide range of interest in the applications, from bread and baked goods to frozen products, spices, dairy products, meat and convenience products. The number of visitors was overwhelming, ranging from start-ups to large, well-known companies. The use as a dietary fiber concentrate in particular met with great interest from application engineers and recipe developers.
Many of our customers who visited us at the stand congratulated the JELU team on our successful certification in accordance with FSSC 22000 Food Safety, which we passed this year. This was also well received by many interested parties.
In contrast to the annual alternation between the Paris and Frankfurt locations, the FIE trade fair will take place in Frankfurt again next year. We will also be represented here again.
