Production and Processing of Oilseeds | June 22–27, 2025
The long-standing edible oil conference “Production and Processing of Oilseeds” took place for the 66th time this year in the picturesque town of Herceg Novi, Montenegro. From June 22 to 27, 2025, 72 participants from industry, research, and trade gathered to discuss current developments, technologies, and perspectives surrounding oilseed processing.
JELU was proud to contribute with a dedicated technical presentation. Under the title “Filtration with Lignocellulose in Edible Oil Production,” we showcased the many advantages of our natural filter aids over conventional mineral-based alternatives. The audience followed our presentation with great interest, learning about the efficiency, sustainability, and technical benefits of lignocellulose in filtration processes.
It was particularly rewarding to see such a diverse group of attendees: industrial companies, research institutions, universities, trading partners such as Vulcascot, and even competitors were present. The exchange of ideas extended beyond the presentation hall – allowing us to establish new contacts and explore potential collaborations.
