The JELU factory remains a family business – even in the next generation.
After decades of successful leadership by Josef Ehrler, the management of the company has now been handed over in a planned and forward-looking manner.
With Jonas Stirner, the grandson of the previous management, another family member is taking over responsibility. This is a strong sign of continuity, trust and future – internally for our employees, externally for partners, customers and suppliers. The handover was carefully prepared over many months and officially completed at the beginning of the year.
Josef Ehrler remains closely associated with the company and will continue to support it with his experience and knowledge in the future.
As part of the generational change, Ms Brigitte Ehrler has also stepped down from her position as commercial director. We were able to recruit Philipp Holz as the new director for this area in mid-2025.
With this long-term succession plan, the JELU factory is ideally positioned for the future. Together with our employees, partners and customers, we want to continue to grow sustainably – while preserving the values of the Ehrler family and the tradition and quality of our company.
