Filtration fibres

JELUCEL® HM is a functional cellulose. The pure white cellulose powders and fibres are manufactured from pulp. The cellulose is used in precoat filtration, in combination with mineral filter aids and as a pressing aid. As a precoat and body feed, our cellulose makes up for defects in the filter cloth and improves the filtration result. JELUCEL® optimises cake stability of mineral filter aids and prevents particles from bleeding through. When used as a pressing aid, the excellent drainage effect of the cellulose fibres manifests itself: sediments are effectively adsorbed during pressing.
