JELUCEL® OF is a yellowish-white dietary fibre concentrate from oats. The powders and fibres increase the dietary fibre content of foods while reducing the calorie content. Depending on the field of application, they also improve the processing properties and consistency of the products. JELUCEL® OF is available with sieve parameters between 30 and 2000 µm and has a dietary fibre content of more than 98 per cent.
