JELU plant fibres at FIE 2017

From 28 until 30 November, JELU-WERK will be showcasing its products at Food Ingredients Europe (FIE). You can find out more about our functional plant fibres at stand Q77 in hall 8.0. The natural fibres are used in the food industry as anti-caking agent, fat and oil substitute, water-binding agent and dietary fibre supplement. They optimise the properties of numerous products such as bread and baked goods, meat and meat products, pasta and noodles, dairy products, frozen foods, confectionery, instant products and spices. When used as dietary fibre, they enrich the foods with the necessary amount of fibre, thereby contributing to a healthy diet.

Food Ingredients Europe is an international trade fair for food ingredients and additives as well as laboratory technology, product safety and quality assurance. The fair takes place every two years and alternates between Paris and Frankfurt. This year FIE will open its doors in Frankfurt. We look forward to your visit!
