From 19 until 21 November, JELU-WERK will present itself at the Food Ingredients trade fair in Frankfurt, Germany. At booth 8J93, JELU will exhibit purely organic plant fibres that improve the manufacturing process and the product properties of foods. The company will show product samples made from different kinds of plant fibres: cellulose, wheat fibres, oat fibres and bamboo fibres.

This specialized fair is a platform for numerous exhibitors to present their products for the segments food ingredients and additives as well as laboratory technology, product safety and quality assurance. Food Ingredients Europe is the most important trade show for food ingredients and additives worldwide. It takes place every two years at alternating locations: Paris in France (2011) and Frankfurt in Germany (2013).
